Fruit Merge

Drop. Match. Grow the watermelon.

How to play Fruit Merge

  1. Aim with your finger, mouse or arrow keys, then let go (or press space) to drop the fruit into the jar.
  2. Two of the same fruit pop into the next bigger one on contact: blueberry, strawberry, grape, orange, lemon, apple, pear, peach, pineapple, melon — and finally the watermelon. Two watermelons vanish for the biggest score of all.
  3. Fruit rolls, stacks and topples for real, so where you drop matters — a good merge deep in the pile can set off a whole cascade.
  4. Only the five smallest fruits are ever dealt; the Next chip shows what's coming so you can plan.
  5. Keep the pile under the dashed line. A drop passing the line is fine — a stack that settles above it ends the run after a short grace.

A little background

The drop-and-merge jar game is a recent classic: Suika Game — "suika" is Japanese for watermelon — was built by Aladdin X in 2021 as a bonus app for a projector, then exploded across streaming in late 2023 until the whole internet was stacking fruit. Fruit Merge is an independent, from-scratch take on that idea: its own eleven-fruit chain, its own physics, the same triangular scoring curve — blueberries are worth 1, the watermelon merge 66.

The strategy is all housekeeping: keep the big fruit low and in the corners, sort so likes sit near likes, and never bury a blueberry you'll need later. The daily deals everyone the identical fruit order — local midnight to local midnight — so "what did you get on today's?" is a fair fight. Free, no ads, no account, and it works offline once loaded.
